Job Description
The Analytics Manager will be responsible for delivering actionable insights & recommendations that will help Sonic Automotive:
- Support & modernize each properties’ marketing measurement infrastructure with a focus on digital.
- Evaluate & provide insight related to marketing datasets to understand performance & impact of touchpoints across the customer journey.
- Analyze quantitative data and build reporting (in Salesforce Marketing Intelligence (Datorama), Excel, Google Analytics, and other tools) from data collected by our internal & external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Project owner in development & data maintenance of dashboards as needed to support departmental teammates needs.
- Project owner in development and maintenance of tagging & UTM taxonomy requirements to support measurement, targeting & media optimization.
- Champion the generation & recommendation of key insights associated with campaign optimization opportunities across online & offline channels to business stakeholders.
- Partner with department leadership to establish & measure against forecasting targets related to engagement milestones across customer life cycle
- Define & measure high value interactions based off multi-touch attribution modeling research
- Deliver recommendations of marketing & campaign optimization opportunities to drive quality prospects to physical storefronts & business unit websites.
