Job Description
As a Global Mobility Specialist, Region Americas in the HR function, your focus will be to assist with end-to-end Global Mobility for the region. You facilitate the immigration and relocation processes for international and domestic colleagues and ensure a smooth and efficient transition for colleagues. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our global workforce and ensuring a seamless experience for H&M employees and candidates relocating internationally.
This hybrid role reports to our Global Mobility Manager, Region Americas, based in the New York City Support Office.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a mobility role in an international corporate environment
Experience in corporate immigration, tax compliance and international relocation desired
Ability to work well with a diverse group of people, including Human Resources, Legal, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, employees, and their families
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal
Enthusiastic, curious, and driven to learn
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities
Resourcefulness with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities and take initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
Ability to be neutral and confidential and handle sensitive information
Strong customer service orientation including a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor

Compensation: salary range is $66,793 - $75,142 annually**
