Job Description
The Regional Global Mobility Manager, Americas is responsible for all international mobility initiatives within the region. The role will act as the ambassador of global mobility in the Region, providing a world-class modern colleague experience for all past, current and future assignees by collaborating with cross-functional business leaders to meet their Talent needs.
This hybrid position is based in New York, NY within our Human Resources Function and reports to our Region Total Rewards Manager, Americas.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Academic Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or relevant business field strongly preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mobility role or transferrable skills
Minimum 5 years of management experience
Previous experience with Global Mobility in the retail industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to provide top tier client service with a high degree of empathy
Flexibility to balance strategic oversight while also being more hands-on
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to take own initiative and work independently
CRM and Vendor management skills
Knowledgeable regarding global immigration and understanding of tax requirements
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
Comfortable working with C-Suite executives
Ability to be neutral and confidential and deal with sensitive information. A high level of confidentiality is required
Strong knowledge of general HR practices, policies, and guidelines
Strong customer service orientation including a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
Strong professional maturity
Detail oriented and high attention to deal
Takes own initiative by proposing new routines and seeking proactive solutions to problems
Manages conflict resolution

Compensation:
Hiring Range is $125,822 - $144,699 annually**
