    JOB PURPOSE:

    An Integrated Business Solution (IBS) Manager oversees the general business management and planning for an assigned IBS site that is located within a major account. The IBS Manager collaborates with the Regional Manager on sourcing parts and supplies as needed to sustain adequate capability for the major account. This position is accountable for IBS site operations to sustain a long-term relationship, provide excellent customer service, and generate return on investment.

    DUTIES:

    Build and maintain a good relationship with the customer/account.

    Build a strong, cohesive team.

    Manage all inventory; maintain parts/product consignments on client site(s).

    Ensure all client employees receive courteous, efficient service.

    Maintain required paperwork, cost controls and oversee financial management.

    Understand client operations, mission, and how long-term plans impact parts/supply requirements.

    Identify areas that would improve profitability and success of client consignment accounts.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Valid Driver’s License required.

    GED required.

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to achieve quotas regularly; proficient in achieving goals.

    Sound decision making capability.

    Leadership skills.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.

    Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.

    Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.

    Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
