UX DESIGN

• As a User Experience Design Intern, you will work hands-on to problem solve through the designing of new or enhanced digital user experiences.

• Support Kohl's UX Designers in conceptualizing and prototyping of digital experience designs

• Collaborate on the testing of design concepts with Kohl’s customers through direct partnership with UX Researchers

• Present your design work to key business and technology partners, as well as senior leaders

UX RESEARCH

• As a User Experience Research Intern, you will work hands-on to conceptualize and conduct user-centered research to inform digital strategies and experience designs.

• Support Kohl’s UX Researchers in getting answers to current open questions about customers’ mental models, needs, and pain points by learning directly from those customers

• Participate in generating actionable insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience by co-executing both qualitative and quantitative user research methods (e.g., surveys, usability testing, contextual interviews, analytics reviews, etc.)

• Co-present your research findings to key business and technology partners, as well as senior leaders

• Get exposure to how the success of user experiences is measured and tracked over time through Benchmarking, Journey Mapping, etc.

• Undergraduate (Junior or Senior); Graduate (Junior or Senior) preferred

• You love attention to detail, but also keep the big picture in mind

• You’re self-motivated with a positive attitude

• You’re a great communicator

• You’re able to collaborate with all different personalities and background

Our Internship is in person at our Corporate Office in Milwaukee, WI. We provide housing AND transportation to and from the office throughout the Summer!
