• As a Product Management Intern you will be the bridge between the business units and engineering teams. You will help guide our products from concept to launch and collaborate to grow their impact in the market.

• Define a product vision and strategy

• Determine the scope for feature additions and enhancements

• Specify metrics that measure product success

• Write stories for prioritized features including success criteria to guide engineering through development

• Participate in an intern group project where you will present an innovative idea to Kohl's executives

• Undergraduate junior or first year masters

• You're self motivated, organized and able to effectively manage your time

• You would enjoy having a direct impact on Kohl's customers and how they shop online
