Follow this link to apply: -Recruiting Support Specialist Kwik Trip, Inc.s Recruiting Department is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and adaptable co-worker to assist the department in a Support Specialist role. The responsibilities associated with this position may change frequently, and with that, we are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a wide variety of recruiting and administrative support responsibilities. The selected persons responsibilities include but are not limited to: -creating and manipulating spreadsheets -assisting with signage creation, ordering, and shipping -miscellaneous administrative support -evaluate applicants' interest, experience and qualifications by conducting pre-screening of applicants via phone, Checkster, and screening interviews -strategize & implement innovative recruiting options -utilize internet job boards, passive recruiting, career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, professional affiliations, and other sourcing strategies -provide timely communication and follow-up with applicants & hiring managers -ensure compliance with EEO, ADA-AA and other employment laws throughout the selection process (P) Qualifications: -Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience -At least 1 year of co-worker recruiting or interviewing/hiring experience -Accurate and detail oriented -Relationship building & presentation skills -Possess strong skills with Microsoft Office programs especially Excel -Possess strong written and oral communication skills -Ability to articulate point of view -Strong analytical, problem solving, customer service, relationship and time management skills -Proven organizational skills -Ability to work with others in a team based atmosphere -Knowledge of Success Factors is a plus. (P) Work Schedule:Monday Friday, daytime hours. May at times need to be flexible to accommodate the needs of applicants and departments.
