It begins with classroom and on the job training where you will get an inside view of the business and a better understanding of our off-price business model before you move into your first role as an Allocation Analyst within Merchandising Planning & Allocation. In this role, you will be assigned a specific product area and will be empowered to help drive sales by allocating the exciting mix of brands that our Buyers have purchased. You will do this by analyzing sales trends and anticipating consumer buying patterns and product trends. You will conduct store visits to evaluate merchandise assortments as well as interact with all levels of management. Throughout, you’ll benefit from the mentorship and guidance of your own Development Partner during your training.

We offer a structured career path that begins in Planning & Allocation and can lead into Buying and Executive Management.
