    Job Description

    As a Media Analytics Manager to one of our largest client accounts, your responsibilities would include analyzing media data to assess the effectiveness of e-retail and shopper campaigns. You will design and implement measurement strategies tying back to client business goals and media objectives. You will work with cross-functional teams and client partners to plan tests, track progress against KPIs, and provide insights to optimize media planning. You will ensure accurate reporting and forecasting, and recommend data-driven decisions based on media performance and the latest industry trends. This is a remote position, reporting to Director, Media Analytics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Delight and please the client
    • Create positive media performance outcomes for clients
    • Drive operational efficiencies through automation and workflows within the Analytics team
    • Ensure Analytics team understands their roles and responsibilities as it relates to client projects
    • Communicate actionable insights to external client teams
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in a related field
    • Media Marketing and Analytics background
    • History of working within Retail Media clean rooms; AMC and Google certifications are a plus
    • Proficient in SQL, Python; Fivetran, Databricks knowledge
    • Proficient in Tableau & PowerBI data visualization tools
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, and ad-hoc client requests at any given time
    • Thrive in a fast-paced Agency environment

    The anticipated salary range for this position is.$94,000-$152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
