The Merkle Sales Content & Research team is searching for an energetic, team-oriented individual with a passion for content and process to join our team. If you're interested in an opportunity that allows you to stay on top of industry trends and collaborate with some of the industry's most talented specialists, look no further. The Sales Content & Research Specialist is an integral part of the Sales Enablement team and will aid us in telling our story during the sales pursuit process. From aiding in the development of case studies to crafting responses for RFPs, this role will be hands-on in helping us win new opportunities while maintaining a consistent voice. 

LIFE AT MERKLE

The  Sales Content & Research Specialist will support the rapid growth, successful onboarding, and ongoing maintenance and creation of the Dentsu CXM content to aid sales efforts and drive increased efficiency.

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Aid in collecting or coordinating best-in-class content from Content Champions & Global Sales Content & Research Manager for upload to Engine Room site for sales pursuit.
• Aid Global Sales Content & Research Sr. Manager in achieving outstanding or ongoing content initiatives.
• Assist in the development and update of our global Sales Content libraries.
• Aid in the governance of reducing duplicate content across Dentsu CXM regions/agencies.
• Assist in active sales pursuits as it relates to Content & Research. 
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• 3+ years professional experience, agency experience preferred.
• Adaptable, highly motivated, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and time-sensitive deadlines.
• A background in content development and/or content library maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent ability to communicate cross-functionally.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
