RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Front-Line Receptionist you will respond to a wide variety of requests and actively apply standards of service to meet and exceed expectations. You use good judgement to creatively solve problems and tirelessly seek opportunities to improve efficiencies and outcomes. Your responsibilities and essential job functions may vary from day to day and include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Engage visitors, employees and callers in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner 2. Sense and Serve: connect with customers and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify issues and deliver creative solutions 3. Act as a central point of contact and knowledge, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services and activities 4. Register and assign guest passes and notify appropriate individuals of guest arrivals 5. Assist with conference room booking support, IT trouble-shooting, booking taxi service and a range of other services 6. Actively monitor and maintain front desk and building surroundings to ensure an environment that is safe, clean, organized and reflects brand standards 7. Create tickets to report custodial, maintenance, safety and security concerns through the appropriate channels 8. Process and distribute packages to employees 9. Gather and report building metrics 10. Utilize and update knowledge database and reference materials 11. Contribute to team activities, assignments and projects as directed by management Qualifications Must be highly personable and demonstrate professionalism and brand passion Must be positive, flexible and team-focused Must be responsible to do the right thing in the right way Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Must possess good judgement in decision-making and be able to prioritize whats most important Must positively represent and embody the Nike brand values Prefer one year of prior customer service, hospitality, front desk or retail experience Earliest shift starts at 7:30 am and latest shift ends at 5:30 pm with occasional overtime to begin day early or end day late to attend team meetings Must be flexible to work varying schedules with little notice and rotating shifts depending on assigned tasks or duties HS diploma or GED required Basic knowledge of PC, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Able to type 25 wpm Ability to pass a criminal background check Requires ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. unassisted NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
