  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Employee Engagement:

    • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement
    • Schedules and runs day-to-day domestic tier meetings, along with creation and disbursement of direct labor communication.
    • Assists in executing communications plan as determination by leadership.

    Coordinate Systematic Training

    • Support the training matrix as created by the Plant Leadership Team
    • Ensure compliance with training requirements for each role
    • Facilitate the posting of open positions in a manner that prioritizes needed skillsets

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for visitors arriving onsite at a domestic manufacturing facility

    • Ensures tour groups are greeted and checked in through proper safety procedures.

    • Acts as a liaison between outside stakeholders and supply chain in collaboration for corporate events and activities

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Represent the company in a professional manner.
    • Interacts with external vendors and representatives.
    • Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
    • Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and two years of experience in a related area or role
    • High level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams

    ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Microsoft Project
    • Microsoft Visio
