Qualifications
- Deep understanding of paid search management and analytics, with 2 years in practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about business requirements to drive meaningful decision-making
- Superior problem-solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) coupled with an attention to detail
- Strong desire to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, willing to work 7x24 in mission critical situations or customer sensitive situations
- Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on KPIs for business, process improvement projects, and similar operational priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects, adhering to tight deadlines in a constantly changing and extremely fast-paced environment
- Maintain on-going awareness and understanding of emerging technologies and methodologies related to paid search (and paid media broadly)
- High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
