Job Description
Are you a payroll professional with a passion for precision, compliance, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Payroll Manager to lead the charge in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across our diverse, multi-state workforce—including retail, corporate, manufacturing, and hospitality operations.
In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end payroll operations using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software, supporting both union and non-union employees. You’ll also serve as a key partner to HR, Finance, and Legal teams—helping us stay on top of compliance requirements and drive process improvements that make payroll seamless and stress-free.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, and five to seven years of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
