Job Description

The Service Greeter/Porter is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility, increase customer convenience, and maintain an orderly service parking area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works on Service Drive to assist our Service Advisors to greet incoming customers.
• Moves incoming vehicles off the Service Drive into staging areas and also retrieves customer vehicles that are being picked up and pulls them up on the Service Drive.
• Courtesy Wash and Vacuum of cars coming out of our repair shop.
• Take trash, scrap metal and scrap batteries from our repair shop daily and properly disposed of.
• Clean and gas Loaner Cars to make sure they are ready for the next customer to use.
• Keep washer fluid bottles in shop replenished.
• General cleaning of shop and dealership as needed.
• Test drive vehicles to confirm repair was effective (Must have clean driving record)
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.
