Job Description S&S Activewear is seeking a Call Center Care Representative to provide exceptional customer service and merchandise expertise to our valued customers. This position involves answering incoming calls from our current and potential customers. Processing orders, product inquiries, tracking orders, troubleshooting, and any other assigned responsibilities. All S&S Activewear employees must adhere and enforce the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook. Major Responsibilities 1.Manage a large amount of inbound calls in a timely manner while providing exceptional and personal customer service. 2.Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services via phone, e-mail, and chat communications. 3.Identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives. 4.Build a sustainable relationship and engage customers by going the extra mile. 5.Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service. 6.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. 7.Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies. Requirements: * High School diploma/GED * 1+ years of professional work experience involving inbound and/or phone customer service. * Strong interpersonal, phone, listening, verbal, and written communication skills along with basic math skills. * Must be accurate, multi-tasker, detailed oriented, organized and possess excellent time management skills. * Excellent data entry, typing skills, proficiency In Microsoft Office but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Excellent attitude and attendance. Preferred qualifications * Proficient in Spanish is a plus Physical Demands This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
