Qualifications
- Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or commission driven role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
- Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
** Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous BDC experience for an automotive dealership

- ** $16.00 - 20.00 / hour**
Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- Sundays off
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
