Role and Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and dealers remotely via phone * Draw key insights from analytics and communicate to client * Execute clients vision of digital space * Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion * Phone and email dealer support communication * Access dealer website CMS to implement requests * Collaborate with third party provider support teams for advanced requests * Provide feedback on program improvements * Capture lead information Desired Skills and Experience * The ability to work independently but also as a team player
