As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be at the heart of it all-working on projects with university relations, recruitment, onboarding, and giving new hires an unforgettable experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Create awesome candidate experiences-you’ll help ensure new team members feel valued and welcomed from day one!

• Collaborate with university relations to ensure our summer programs operate efficiently and achieve meaningful results.

• Be the ultimate intern host-from onboarding to events, you’ll support interns every step of the way (and keep the good vibes going in our Teams channels).

• Become a Campus Brand Ambassador-help us promote Signet at your school, both in-person and online.

• Screen candidates across multiple roles and help find the right fit for each position.

• Schedule interviews and make sure the process moves quickly and smoothly.

About You:

• Currently studying human resources, psychology, communications, or a similar major.

• Expected to graduate between December 2025 and May 2026.

• Tech-savvy-you’re confident with Microsoft Office and love staying on top of the latest tools.

• Social media whiz-you know how to create engaging content and are excited to share your expertise with the team.

• You excel in people skills and can effectively communicate with anyone, including peers and company leaders.

Work Environment:

• Part-time intern starting in March 2025 (anticipate 20 hours/week for approximately 6 months).

• Prefer hybrid schedule, as we would love to see you in the office. (Akron, OH or Dallas, TX)

The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
