As a Fountain Worker at Block 16 Urban Eatery & Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, your accommodating personality and ability to balance the needs of a diverse clientele will facilitate a dining experience that guests will savor long after they have taken the last bite. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following: * Ensures the highest possible standards of guest services and employee relations are maintained at all times. * Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety and sanitation. * Serves and prepares fountain items as specified by management. * Provides exceptional guest service that differentiates us from the competition. * Thorough knowledge of proper food storage and handling and supervises adherence. * Adheres to established grooming and appearance standards, including maintaining a clean and well-maintained uniform. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: * At least 6 months of food server, cashier, fountain worker or barista experience.

• Working knowledge of equipment to include, but not limited to blenders, coffee makers and various kitchen equipment. * Perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication. * Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. * Excellent customer service skills. * At least 21 years of age. Preferred: * Previous experience working in a similar resort setting. * High School diploma or equivalent.
