The ideal Store Manager/Assistant has some experience leading a team and knows the value of being a coach and mentor versus being the 'boss'. You are entrepreneurial by nature, owning your business and take pride in growing in and with your local community, Our Sales Associates are friendly, energetic, have a great sense of humor, work well as a part of a team, and most importantly, like to have fun.
