Summary: Outward has developed a transformative 3D-based visualization platform for the retail industry. We are pushing the boundaries of how 3D and AR/ VR technologies will drive the next generation shopping experience. We are seeking a Creative Content Coordinator to help manage our growing customer base. Candidate would report to our Creative Director, and help manage large customer projects, be the liaison with various departments, and bring customer projects to a successful end. The candidate will have a deep understanding of photography, thorough familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, and a keen sense for aesthetic details. Maintaining Customer Partnerships: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer facing role * Ability to efficiently and effectively communicate with individuals across multiple roles and departments within the customer organization * Set and manage customer expectations regarding deliverables and timelines * Present work in progress, final deliverables, & respond to question/solicit feedback in a timely manner * Research, identify and suggest improvements to qualify customer's potential * Lead weekly image reviews and develop style consistency within each brand Project Management: * Maintain consistent and detailed communication with in-house production staff and management * Create and manage spreadsheets, work orders, and new project plans * Familiarize and educate the production team on the unique branding for each customer * Track project status and following up on action items * Coordinate and execute last minute customer requests across all teams * Negotiate between production and customer to meet deadlines * Ensure technical and creative requirements are met on each deliverable REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Here's why we would like to possibly meet you...
