What you’ll be doing:
Your journey at Zappos will start with three rotational assignments, each lasting approximately nine months. There is no pre-established sequence of assignments. Instead, your path will be designed to broaden your skills and interests as well as reflect Zappos’ business needs. Each rotation is designed to showcase how at Zappos we can balance being a strategic data driven company with our unique company culture. Your mentor — a current Zappos employee — will provide regular guidance and support.

What happens after the two year rotation?
After you have completed the MBA rotational program you will continue on your Zappos journey as a well-rounded employee who is ready to jump on any complex issues the organization throws your way. With the skills and expertise you developed during the first 28 months the possibilities are endless. (All new full time employees go through a one month New Hire Training that introduces you to our company, culture and customer service philosophy. After completion of that onboarding you will then proceed into one of the three designated areas to start your first nine month rotation and then will complete all 27 months of the rotational program.)
