    About the teamThe Learning & Development (L&D) Intern will support the L&D Operations team. The successful candidate will be an organized self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is excited about working on company-wide programs that enhance employee’s development and overall experience at Zillow Group. The position requires an individual that is resourceful and can work autonomously, take initiative and demonstrate excellent follow through! Candidate must be a team player and exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex scheduling and detailed orientated work. Candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritization with close attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.About the roleSupport the L&D Operations Team with triaging support tickets regarding the Learning Management System (LMS) course offerings and programs, including technical issuesCoordinate planning, scheduling, logistics, and communications for various L&D training, events, and recurring meetingsSupport the team in brainstorming and planning of various operational and critical initiativesCoordination and execution of current programs like Lunch & Learns, Learning Time Off (LTO), and online learning platformsBuild and maintain relations and communications with each Learning and Development vertical (i.e., Zillow Homes, Sales, Leadership & Development)This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $14.00 - $75.00 Hourly.
