a Site Merchandiser who is obsessed with our customer's experience on our site. A Site Merchandiser is both creative and analytic with a keen eye for details and strong organizational skills. A Site Merchandiser will support divisions on developing the site experience through direct partnership with the Vice President, Directors, Merchandising Managers and buying teams. In addition, the Site Merchandiser role requires working cross-divisionally as a liaison with other Merchandising Divisions, the Creative Team, Marketing, Operations and Planning while focusing on and developing strategies to exceed financial goals and increase customer engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and implement creative merchandising strategy for assigned division. Evaluate strategy efficacy on an on-going basis. * Proactively review Merchandise event calendar holistically to identify opportunities to optimize revenue and customer engagement through merchandising opportunities, collections, themes, marketing & branding. Ensure merchandising opportunities support Merchandising strategy for division. * Advocate for the Customer Experience through partnership with Divisional leads on strategic develop of the Merchandising calendar. * Manage creative treatment of events and campaigns through brainstorm sessions, concept reviews, and approving final designs. Ensure creative treatments align with division strategy through curation of imagery and copy. Work proactively with Studio and Merch teams to ensure smooth execution of creative treatments. * Creative Campaign management in collaboration with cross-divisional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Studio, and Planning. Advocate for division point of view and representation in cross-functional campaigns. * Partner with marketing daily to ensure optimal customer experience on all site platforms. Includes selection of imagery for daily and incremental emails. * Provide reporting and analysis on weekly, monthly cadence. Leverage analytics to understand performance of creative treatments and customer interaction on the site to identify business opportunities. * Be the strategic advocate for the zulily customer, helping elevate campaigns and projects to add inspiration and delight to the customer experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience * 3+ years of relevant buying or marketing experience * At least 2 years e-commerce experience on multiple platforms * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Exceptional organizational skills * Meticulous attention to details * Ability to prioritize and multi-task * Ability to differentiate colors * Adept at time management * A deep knowledge of product and presentation
