We are in need of a passionate, organized, self starter to be an Associate Product Line Manager for our Global Outerwear business. In this role you will assist in providing the insight and influence to define market requirements (features and functions) based upon in-depth, practical knowledge of the industry. You will also help define the product marketing requirements for the company and manage the product development process by translating user testing, sales and customer support feedback into feature/function requirements. In addition, you will manage all data systems for the category.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help drive the product creation process with design, development, global merch, sourcing and planning - from brief to range launch, while adhering to strict product calendar timelines.
• Conduct extensive market research, including consumer focus groups, to better understand consumer segmentation, consumer product requirements, etc.
• Prepare briefs and copy for UA.com,sell sheets, packaging, and other collateral.
• Communicate with Key Account reps and buyers, Independent Reps and buyers
• Monitor, update, and maintain product

• You will need a Bachelors degree and 3 + years of industry experience.
• In this role you will travel to accounts, events, and manufacturing partners – domestically and overseas.
