  • Responsibilities
    • Agents will visit 10-15 stores, working about 20-25 hours in store per week for this 10 month program

    • You will help educate sales associates on New Balance’s newest running shoes, to ensure employees are knowledgeable on New Balance’s latest products

    • You will educate customers in attempts to generate as many sales as possible.

    • Store visits must be completed between Thursday and Sunday.

    • You will be required to drive your own car to and from these retail stores. Most stores will be within 30 miles of your location.

    • Each store visit lasts between 1.5 - 3 hours.

    • You will help capture product data through ThirdChannel's platform which is reported back in real time to the New Balance’s Corporate office.

  • Qualifications
    • Must have and be able to demonstrate extraordinary communication & organizational skills.

    • Be comfortable working on your own while receiving remote coaching and supervision.

    • Possess an outgoing personality with a desire to positively represent the New Balance brand.

  • Compensation
    - You will get paid $15/hr. - You will be compensated for all the miles you drive to and from store locations. - Name badge identifying you as a ThirdChannel Agent and representative for New Balance. - Training tools and handouts delivered by ThirdChannel. - Using this opportunity to gain real life sales and marketing experience. - Being able to add New Balance to your resume as a Retail Intelligence Agent. - Promo and prize materials will be awarded to top performing agent on a bi-weekly basis.
