Under Armour’s Internship programs offer current college students the chance to get inside the world’s most dynamic brand in sports.
Rookies at Under Armour will be key players in helping us further our mission to make athletes better. Students will spend their time in the program making an impact on their team, learning from others through mentoring, networking, and training, and experiencing what it’s like to live in a great city working for a fast-paced, innovative, and growing company.

Mentorship Program: Under Armour Rookies are assigned mentors who are there to help them navigate the company, share their experiences, and expand their networks.
Leadership Speaker Series: Senior leaders at UA share about the business, lessons learned, leadership advice, and take questions in a casual format with Rookie-led Q&As.
Impactful Projects: Rookies work on high-impact projects with real data, customers, technology or design needs in order to make an impact on the team.
Volunteering Opportunities: During the program, Rookies will get involved in the community, gaining perspective, and making a difference with non-profits throughout the city.
Sample Sale: Rookies design, operate and manage a pop-up Under Armour store at our Baltimore Global Headquarters. For one week, Rookies step out of their day job and come together to work toward a common goal.
Social Events: We’re all about the team inside and outside the office. The Rookie Program Sports League and other social events give teammates and Rookies the chance to get to know each other outside the office.
Under Armour is an environment where building a great team is vital, where doing whatever it takes is the baseline, and going above and beyond to protect the brand is commonplace.
