    As an Entry Recruitment Consultant you will be joining our New York team from the beginning, joining in a startup environment and building the office culture around you. You will play a pivotal role in building our American business nearly from scratch, and eventually run your own team in either New York, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, or Austin, take your pick!

    What You ’ ll Do as an Entry Recruitment Consultant for Hamlyn Williams:

    Recruiting is an exciting mix of Recruitment, Business Development, Negotiation, and Sales – our product is people which means that every day will be different and exciting. Mundane is not in our vocabulary as the role and work environment are very dynamic!

    This position is a fast-paced, largely phone based, sales role enabling you to work on a global basis with big name Fortune 500 clients.

    The key role of a Recruitment Consultant is to supply clients with a list of eligible candidates and to ensure that the clients receive the best service in a fast and efficient way.

    A Recruitment Consultant also acts as a mediator between the client and the candidate, ensuring the satisfaction of both parties throughout the full process.

    You will be negotiating between both parties, until both come to an agreement of salary, benefits, etc. You have full control of the desk you build!

    You be 360-Selling roles to candidates and candidates to your clients

    Develop new business; target clients that are relevant to your specialized recruitment focus via networking, researching, and cold calling

  • Qualifications
    • No previous experience is required for the Junior Recruiter position; we are looking for ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who want a performance based career.

    • You will need to be money hungry, resilient and competitive

    • Excellent communication skills are essential for Junior Recruiters

    • University Degree - All majors welcome to apply

    • High energy, outgoing, positive and confident people

    • Persuasive almost to a fault

    • Interest or understanding of the financial industry is a plus, we speak to specialists of Fortune 500 companies in the financial world all day!
