  • Responsibilities

    Description: We’re HelloTech, an exciting new company based in Los Angeles that provides on-demand, in-home tech support. We’re currently looking for a part-time customer service hero to answer inbound customer phone calls, live chats and emails on the weekends, as well as help customers schedule appointments online. Position pays $12/hour.

    This is a full or part time position that requires some weekend availability. Growth opportunities available.

    Responsibilities: Field inbound customer phone calls Respond to customer-initiated live chat requests Respond to customer emails received over the weekend Help new customers create accounts Help new and existing customers schedule service appointments Escalate emergency issues to operations staff

  • Qualifications

    Desired Skills and Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably answering phones 1+ years experience helping customers via a web-based chat client. (Experience with Olark, a plus.) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Being tech-savvy and interested/knowledgeable about technology--in particular, computers, smart devices, and audio-visual components--is a plus

    Requirements: Must be friendly, eager to help, and be a proactive solution seeker Must have outstanding customer service skills, and be able to demonstrate those skills over the phone, via live chat, or via email. Must have the ability to work both in-office and remotely (Laptop or Desktop computer, broadband Internet connection, and cell phone required) Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
