We are looking for a highly organized and passionate candidate to join our dynamic Chloe’s marketing team. This is a very important role within our company with the potential to turn into a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing materials, sampling displays, signage and collateral as directed.

• Maintain tracking tools, editorial calendar, wholesale tracking calendar.

• Work with printing companies to have materials produced and installed.

• Work with external accounts to merchandise the Chloe’s product and help drive sales.

• Coordinate with other departments in PR, social media, accounting, and sales.

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries.

• Coordinate and run product samplings at accounts and special events.

• Other duties as required.

• Live and represent the Chloe’s brand
• Entrepreneurial spirit, creative personality and proven experience of working in a team
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Deadline oriented and flexible enough to adjust to new opportunities as they come about
• Experience in marketing and sales environment.
• Proficient with MS Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and MailChimp a plus.
• Ability to identify potential problems and participate in corrective actions.
• Ability to work efficiently on a fast-paced (fun!) team as well as independently.
• Amazing organizational, time management and prioritizing skills are required.
