As the Operations Manager you will be leading the charge for operational expansion in the US.
You’ll be growing and managing our operations, customer service and photography teams, and ensuring that our customers have a great experience.
You’ll bring on board new cities and take them from zero to hundreds of bookings a day.
Your main performance metrics are NPS and growth and you will set the direction for your team.
You are responsible for the continued improvement of the service and will also work closely with the sales team.
Whether it’s creating processes or designing incentives with the goal of ensuring a Snappr photographer delivers an excellent service, this role is constantly evolving and needs someone who is quick on their feet.
