Foursquare is looking for Research Interns to help gather insights about an exciting app called Swarm. Swarm allows people to quickly and easily connect with their friends.

The Internship will run for two weeks and will require you to recruit 5 of your friends to participate in the study.

During the program, you and your friends will actively use Swarm, logging your daily lives on campus and beyond. You will be expected to take one 10 minute survey prior to downloading and using the application, and you (along with all of your friends) will be required to take one 10-15 minute survey following the 2-week program. Interns will also provide feedback on the app to your Manager.

This internship will begin on April 20th and end on 5/4.

• You must have NEVER used Foursquare or the “Swarm App” prior to this internship (please do not download or try either until you are hired).

• You must have a smartphone with the ability to download apps.

Foursquare makes apps that help people keep up and meet up with friends, and discover great places. Swarm is for people who want the fastest and easiest way to connect with their friends. The Foursquare app is for explorers who want to know about the best spots, and to share what they’ve found with others.
