We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated student who is interested in jumping right into our Sales Operations here at WayUp for the summer.

• Assist with matters of sales and sales support.
• Deliver analytics to improve key pipeline metrics such as close rates and pipeline velocity.
• Provide sales and activity reports and monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales and marketing reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
• Conduct audits of contracts, sales materials, and other resources for accuracy
• Ensure dashboard reporting is current and accurate
• Update CRM system with legacy data
• Ongoing Database Hygiene and Maintenance

• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products
• Working Knowledge of CRM
• Professional and diplomatic demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Acts with customer expectations and requirements in mind
