OVERVIEW OF ADOBE’S DIGITAL ACADEMY PROGRAM:
Adobe Digital Academy is a two-part program that supports students from across the country.
Part 1: Immersive Training with General Assembly
Digital Academy scholarships provide students with web development training through trusted education partners. These education partners provide ongoing feedback on student performance, as part 2 is dependent on successful completion of Part 1.
Part 2: Internship at Adobe
Dependent on feedback from the education partner, Digital Academy students are eligible to be considered for a three-month internship program with a technical team at Adobe. They get hands-on job experience, ongoing feedback, mentorship, and peer support - high performers have the opportunity to be hired full-time.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Adobe Digital Insights (ADI) is the acknowledged leader in real time economic and digital experience insights. Our findings regularly appear in print and on television across publications as varied as Good Morning America, The New York Times, and CNBC. We work with hundreds of top companies, offering them unique insight into their customers and the state of their industry that they cannot get anywhere else. Yet even with these successes, the full potential of ADI remains untapped. That's where you come in.
All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Digital Academy interns located 50+ miles away from an Adobe office and unable to relocate for an internship may be eligible for remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will innovate. Adobe Digital Insights has barely scratched the surface of the insights our data can provide. You will explore vast new data sets and new analyses as you build brand-new never-before-seen insights into how we lead our digital commercial and creative lives.
You will create something valuable and lasting. During your time with ADI, you will focus on a project that will make a difference for Adobe, our customers and the general public. You will use your skills and unique opted-in data flowing through Adobe from thousands of companies around the world to create a new and repeatable set of insights. These insights will become a new recurring part of the value ADI delivers.
You will collaborate with the best. You will be part of a team of brilliant, engaged and driven data scientists and analysts working together towards the ambitious and ground-breaking goals that ADI sets for itself. You will engage with world-class data scientists from around the world and around Adobe.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Currently enrolled in a General Assembly Immersive through Adobe’s Digital Academy program
Ability to participate in a full-time internship between June-September
A passion and wide-ranging vision for what data can do for Adobe, its clients and the world.
A strong analytical background and progress toward a data science or similar degree.
Top-notch communication skills and ability to turn data into narratives.
Experience with Python; SQL or R experience is a plus.
A willingness to learn, understand the business and adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $26.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
