    The Opportunity

    Adobe Design is seeking a Designer with passion and expertise in 3D creation/editing tools to join the 3D&Immersive Design team working to build the latest Adobe Substance 3D tools for creativity. Are you interested in crafting next-generation experiences for customers-from pro creatives to creative communicators? We believe 3D is the next wave of the digital transformation for individuals and for enterprise help us accelerate creativity in this role is to play a key role in the future.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Work closely with product teams, designers, and users to dive deeply into user journeys to identify problems, re-frame into opportunities, and co-create requirements and design plans.

    • Go through an end-to-end design thinking process, from storyboards to user validation sessions

    • Craft prototypes in our design tools by using your creativity and follow a design system

    • Shadow and assist senior designers in workshop facilitation, user research, and leadership readouts.

    • Advocate for the user throughout the design process

    • Partner with User Researchers, other Designers to define research plans for your work.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • College degree, or Masters with and emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or related design field

    • 0-1 + years’ experience in specific skills

    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, XD, Figma, or Sketch, and communication tools such as Keynote or PowerPoint.

    • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

    • Willingness and ability to contribute & collaboration across many subject areas and embody the creative spirit of Design.

    • Familiarity with Adobe Substance 3D ecosystem is a bonus.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $72,200 -- $153,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
