The Opportunity
The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leadership at Adobe’s top customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. We also bring a deep industry perspective to the organization, delivering vision, published thought leadership, and aligning the ecosystem on an overall industry go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Take part in client-facing strategy engagements for senior customers. For each engagement, you will be part of a robust team that is passionate about developing insights and recommendations! You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product experts, and enterprise architects to deliver value for customers. We seek candidates who can contribute in one or more of the following areas:
- Strategic business engagements – a high touch customer engagement utilizing varying analyses, strategies, and innovation to solve client’s top business problems. Example activities: deep discovery interviews, prioritization exercises, business value, North Star customer journeys, analytics benchmarking using Adobe’s proprietary data to provide recommendations to optimize experiences
- Executive advisory – collaboration with senior customer executives through deep industry expertise and evangelism. Example activities: present market research, Adobe’s perspective on a client’s business challenge
- Customer workshops – customer-facing workshops to facilitate discovery & Develop solutions aligned to business challenges. Example activities: use case ideation, built out customer journeys for North Star experiences
- You will also contribute industry leadership in the following ways:
- Industry perspective – collaborate to define Adobe’s perspective on impactful industry experiences by working with deep subject matter specialists. Apply that perspective by authoring thought leadership assets to drive demand generation, field enablement, etc. Be the voice of the industry within Adobe to inform product strategy.
- Industry & partner strategy – collaborate on Adobe’s strategy to deepen its customer footprint in core industries. Align the Adobe internal and partner ecosystem on the industry strategy and coordinate go-to-market efforts across functions.
- Develop as a customer leader and business leader! You will learn the Experience Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with people across Adobe, including from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services. The Digital Strategy team supports clients across the following industries: Retail & Consumer Goods, High Tech & Manufacturing, Auto, Financial Services, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Travel, and Public Sector. You will complete a survey to determine your industry team close to your start date, where you will deepen your subject matter expertise as you execute strategy and industry marketing engagements. You will also engage with Center of Excellence teams that drive core tools and capabilities that fuel DSG engagements, such as experience design and value.
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
- Ability to participate in a full time internship between May - September 2025
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Interest in business strategy, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities or work/internship experience
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work optimally with people at all levels
- Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing
- Passion for new knowledge and ability to absorb concepts quickly
- High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
- Willingness to travel up to 30% (actual amount may be less)
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
