    The Services Sales Excellence team’s mission is to create positive business impact by simplifying and continuously improving Adobe sales motions while empowering and activating our sellers with proven best-in-class strategies and tools. As a Services Sales Operations Manager (SSOM) intern , you are able think analytically and drive data and insights critical to the business. You would be a trusted business advisor, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning, and execution. Joining the Sales Excellence team you will participate in programs that impact our Services Sales Business including:

    • Analyze current sales processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
    • Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align processes and ensure seamless execution.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance and process efficiency.
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to ensure best practices are followed.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management
    • 0-5 years of exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
    • Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September
    • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels
    • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally & in writing
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work
    • Nice to have skill-sets in documentation, literacy, process improvement, investigatory analysis, and educational explanation

    All 2025 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located , where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
