    The Opportunity

    The Adobe DMe Business Strategy and PMM team is responsible to define ARR growth strategy for Digital Media. This includes identification, sizing, and prioritization of growth opportunities, building of business pitches that are supported with strategic insights and analysis.

    What You’ll Do

    • Gain strong understanding of Adobe’s product portfolio, TAM, growth and distribution strategy.
    • Conduct comprehensive analysis of activities of other key players and emerging competitors.
    • Analyze key trends and anticipate future developments and threats to uncover potential gaps / unmet customer needs that could be sources of delivering new value to our customers. Articulate impact of such trends on our business.
    • Identify and appropriately size the potential revenue from unlocking this new opportunity.
    • Work with cross functional team including finance, product management, business model strategy, and regional / local sales, etc., to build a case to gain support for the recommended strategy.
    • Turn ideas into official programs by pitching new business proposals to senior executive leadership!

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025
    • 2+ years of experience in roles such as management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, market development, product management or product marketing with Fortune 500 companies
    • Able to generate hypotheses, independently analyze complex data to ‘connect the dots’ with little supervision, and make strategic recommendations despite uncertainty and ambiguity.
    • A curious mindset with courage to challenge status quo, willingness to roll up sleeves, and a knack to establish relationships with colleagues from around the globe.
    • Ability to create crisp, clear and concise communication - both written and verbal.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $91,900 -- $179,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
