    The Opportunity

    The Adobe Education team sits at the intersection of many different teams and products at Adobe and is the lynchpin in providing a world class experience to our students and educators who, of course, make up the next generation of Adobe customers.

    Education Value, the specific team on Education, looks at the in-product value we provide to our education users: can educators use this in the context of their classrooms? Can students take this product and make themselves standout in meaningful ways from their peers? Can user express themselves quickly and easily in ways that will make them lifelong advocates for Adobe?

    We consults as experts on the next generation needs and have a robust engineering team to tackle difficult problems within our key products.

    What You’ll Do

    • Research customer profiles, use cases and behaviors to understand student need for creative expression feature within an editor.
    • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with cross-organizational partners and teams to collaborate on building authoring features used by educators and students into Adobe creative apps
    • Define the product roadmap and requirements, collaborating effectively with other product managers, designers, engineering, marketing, and customer support to optimize delivery of features and ensure product benefits are communicated to customers
    • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiences
    • Continually assess market needs and opportunities, adjusting product priorities and/or securing support for additional investment as needed
    • Partner with marketing, documentation, support and other teams

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025
    • A self-starter and willing to wade into some ambiguous areas (what do students want to make to feel creative?)
    • Comfortable with data and asking questions to find quantitative answers
    • Ability to communicate with engineering (no technical background required, but basic technological understanding of things like APIs etc.)
    • Organized and able to create and maintain excellent documents around decision making product requirements

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,800 -- $172,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
