    The Opportunity

    Do you want to help build the next evolution of Adobe Express?

    Adobe Express is an all-in-one creative tool that makes design and content creation fast, fun, and streamlined for everyone, and enables anyone to stand out.  We are looking for a strong Program Manager to work across various initiatives to understand, communicate, and lead the delivery of design and customer experiences.

    Primary responsibilities include guiding process at a team level, and leading high-impact projects across a multi-functional group of designers and business partners. You'll be responsible for design operations, including roadmaps, design tools, and resource allocation to ensure timelines and business objectives are met. In partnership with design leadership, you'll shepherd the teams’ workload and process, build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams, and provide experiences and guidance that maintains the highest level of execution among designers. This requires communicating across teammates, effectively defining and utilizing escalation paths, and updating executive partners.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build engagement models with a wide range of cross functional teams, balancing multiple priorities and needs, and bringing together requirements and goals.

    • Ensure regular, effective communication with team members and cross-functional resources.

    • Prioritize design and development efforts with multiple dependencies.

    • Build and manage schedules and lead tasks to completion.

    • Update project documentation and communicat e program status and risks with various partners across the company.

    • Partner with Design Management to come up with scalable and flexible process frameworks.

    • Act as a design process champion.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience required

    • Competency in managing multiple projects and programs with d emonstrated delivery of large -scale programs and projects.

    • A passion for user experience and design with an understanding of design process.

    • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

    • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with a diverse range of partners.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $66,200 -- $123,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
