    The Opportunity

    Are you motivated to bring organization to processes, programs and people? Adobe Design Team Operations is seeking a highly organized Associate Progam Manager to focus on operational process efficiencies and improvements to an ever evolving and growing team. This is a chance for someone with a passion for organization development, human resources, and operations to work in a fun, creative organization in San Francisco.

    What you'll Do

    Partnering with Operational Program Managers on projects of varying complexities, you will be touching on all aspects of what it takes to run a successful Design Organization. More specifically:

    • Working directly with program managers and a wide range of cross functional teams.

    • Performing project completion from initiation through delivery.

    • Balancing multiple inputs, priorities and needs.

    • Determining requirements and goals.

    • Prioritizing operational projects with multiple dependencies.

    • Crafting and handling schedules.

    • Communicating project and program status.

    • Documenting process and resources to encourage team adoption.

    • Providing support as needed on larger scale Team Operations projects.

    What you need to succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related major

    • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

    • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Airtable, Dropbox, Dropbox Paper, and Slack

    • Interest in or knowledge of design or other creative endeavors such as photography, drawing, technology, etc.

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of team

    • Versatile and enjoys a challenge: should be comfortable juggling tasks from the mundane to the more strategic

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $50,100 -- $101,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
