The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and self-directed Acrobat Social Engagement Manager with a love for social media, an understanding of channel/platform strategy, concepting integrated social campaigns, influencer selection and content review, identifying trends and insights to inform innovative reactive/responsive social content, and contributing to social strategy for bar-raising social engagement across Acrobat and Education social channels.
This Social Strategy Specialist will be responsible for participating in the development and execution of social media strategies for Adobe’s hero Brand social media channels across platforms. These strategies will include building brand love; showcasing our CSR and DEI programs; supporting strategic brand partnerships; and integrating Adobe as a part of the cultural zeitgeist and relatable trends. Manage programs and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Brand social channels. Build Brand voice, identify trends, collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement insights.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $42,700 -- $84,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
