    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and self-directed Acrobat Social Engagement Manager with a love for social media, an understanding of channel/platform strategy, concepting integrated social campaigns, influencer selection and content review, identifying trends and insights to inform innovative reactive/responsive social content, and contributing to social strategy for bar-raising social engagement across Acrobat and Education social channels.

    This Social Strategy Specialist will be responsible for participating in the development and execution of social media strategies for Adobe’s hero Brand social media channels across platforms. These strategies will include building brand love; showcasing our CSR and DEI programs; supporting strategic brand partnerships; and integrating Adobe as a part of the cultural zeitgeist and relatable trends. Manage programs and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Brand social channels. Build Brand voice, identify trends, collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement insights.

    What You'll Do:

    • Ongoing social brand voice and social channel and platform strategy development.
    • Remain on the leading edge of the latest trends and opportunities in the world of social media and taking early action on them.
    • Concept integrated social media campaigns supporting key moments and inflection points for brand throughout the year.
    • Request performance reports, analytics and updates working closely with our Social Analyst to ensure the most accurate information is represented and to push the boundaries re: insights within performance reports and readouts for brand.
    • Collaborate with social insights team to gain insights for application across social content work streams to activate Brand in social within relevant trends and topical moments.
    • Partner with stakeholders around key programs (i.e. Sports Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Culture and Entertainment groups).
    • Identify and reach out to influencers and review content created by influencers and partners.
    • Champion the creators’ voice in the community. Connect the community with resources or solutions. Ensuring the needs of creators are met to unblock their creations and productions
    • Taskmaster: Coordinate and support workstreams and programs to keep cross-functional teams and agencies aligned and on schedule.

    What you need to succeed

    • Deep understanding of social media platforms, editorial writing, and strategic community building, especially for a Gen Z audience
    • A proven understanding for the type of creative that appeals to Gen Z and other rising audiences
    • Experience working in fast-paced media environments with aggressive deadlines
    • An expertise in Adobe tools, such as Adobe Express, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Fresco, and Premiere
    • Ambitious, self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanor
    • Advanced fluency in Internet culture
    • Ability to work and collaborate with creators and affiliates from diverse backgrounds, subject areas, and communities. Interdisciplinary creative background a plus.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $42,700 -- $84,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.     At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
