🌟Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role is key to driving outreach efforts to hiring companies, building lasting relationships, and promoting our apprenticeship programs, which connect early-career tech talent with employers. If you're passionate about sales, relationship-building, and creating career opportunities for tech graduates, this role is for you!

🌟Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach & Relationship Building:

• Identify and engage hiring companies looking to implement apprenticeship programs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.
• Schedule and lead meetings, both virtually and in-person, to showcase 4Geeks Academy’s apprenticeship offerings.

Sales & Networking:

• Represent 4Geeks Academy at industry events, conferences, and career fairs to expand the client base.
• Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Tailor apprenticeship solutions to meet client-specific hiring needs.

Collaboration with Career Support:

• Work closely with the Career Support department to match early-career tech talent with client needs.
• Gather client feedback to enhance apprenticeship program offerings and improve talent matching.

🌟Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in services or products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with both virtual and in-person client meetings.
• A proven track record in cultivating long-term client relationships.
• Passion for supporting early-career talent in the tech industry.
• Based in South Florida, with the ability to attend in-person meetings and events.
• Willingness to travel within South Florida as required.
