As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in procurement, accounting, and management support for our real estate development projects. Your responsibilities will include developing purchase orders, managing supplier and contractor documentation, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating inspections. You will also be tasked with consolidating and presenting key operational results and procurement data to management, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and payments.
In the accounting area, you will manage data in CRMs and QuickBooks, ensuring that all financial information is correctly indexed and easily accessible. You will oversee billing functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely invoicing to customers and banks. Additionally, you will support the servicing of real estate development projects, coordinating with public and private entities to ensure smooth operations. The ability to manage multiple tasks, streamline processes, and provide accurate financial and operational insights will be key to the success of our projects.
