    About the Role:

    We seek an ambitious Account Coordinator to manage client and internal relationships in a warm and personable manner. The Account Coordinator should understand the business goals and competitive vulnerabilities of clients, bringing empathy and kindness to all aspects of the role. The Account Coordinator will help generate opportunities from existing clients and future ones by meeting their needs with Lineout’s strategic and tactical services in performance media — primarily leveraging all major paid, and owned digital channels.

    This high-growth, high-visibility role requires the ability to work across different industries and cultures, and embody client-centricity internally and externally. The successful candidate is intellectually curious, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, a strong process thinker, organized, and has a collaborative mindset for supporting teams and clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, consistent communication and alignment on goals.
    • Coordinate and support client deliverables, ensuring timely execution from planning to delivery, with a focus on meeting client expectations.
    • Support in preparing for and attending client meetings, contributing to updates and discussions.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams in creative, digital media, and strategy to ensure all client deliverables are aligned with their business goals.
    • Provide operational support by helping organize and track project progress, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution across teams.
    • Proactively support in identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks in client projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.
    • Regularly update internal leadership and key stakeholders on the status of projects, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    • Build and foster trust-based relationships with clients by providing consistent support, open communication, and delivering high-quality service.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 1-2 years of account support experience in advertising or marketing.
    • Customer Service Orientation: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey ideas and expectations.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and creatively to overcome challenges independently and collaboratively.
    • Emotional Intelligence: High level of self-awareness and empathy to navigate diverse industries and cultures.
    • Integrity: Commitment to ethical practices, transparency, and holding oneself to high moral standards.
    • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with adopting new technologies, platforms, and processes to enhance service delivery.
    • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and drive entrepreneurial solutions.
