    Your role

    Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will: Support the Digital Service & CX team concentrating efforts on heat mapping and analytics tied to our support content, mapping a plan to support team projects, or creating the foundations of a digital library for tagging and saving brand-approved messages, files, images, and videos that can fuel our Customer Commitment and cross-team tagging systems.

    What you will bring with you

    You are a motivated and driven student who is currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and you must have a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.

    For this position, you need to bring your bachelor’s degree and a desire to learn how you can impact the customer experience at Spectrum.

    This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. It’s a full-time, 10-week commitment from May 28, 2025, through August 1, 2025. This internship is located in Stamford, CT.

    Skills and experience required for this role include:

    • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
    • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
    • Ability to work 100% in office
    • Analytical skills
    • Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
