    The HR Partner Intern, in partnership with HR COEs, connects T-Mobile employees and teams to the best HR solutions and programs at the right time to build an engaging and empowering employee experience. The HRP provides Regional Talent Consulting to ensure employees & managers are developing their skills and optimally contributing to the business winning in the marketplace. This role is also passionate about assessing and supporting strong employee engagement and organizational health to ensure employees & managers are proactively engaged, heard, and have their needs met. It enables regional leaders and employees to have prompt and fit-for purpose HR solutions, crafting an engaging, empowering, and flawless employee experience. This role also provides expert and objective advice, mentor, and counsel to leaders and employees on HR programs, change management, diversity, and organizational development to promote a fair and equitable work environment.

    • Provide strategic direction and mentoring regarding the culture, company direction, and the growth needs of the business and its employees

    • Work collaboratively and connect with the Centers of Excellence to ensure the effective development of transparent, meaningful and accessible leadership training, tools and resources to enable and support employee careers and experience. Effectively partner with team members and customers to achieve success in attracting, developing, and training top talent

    • Provide expert and objective advice, mentoring, and counsel on HR programs, change management, diversity, and organizational development to promote a fair and equitable work environment

    • Provide and analyze talent trending analysis, data visualization, predictive analysis, and external research pertinent to business strategy Provide advice and direction on organization health and efficiency

    • Must live or have place to stay in Atlanta, GA area

    • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    • Intern wages vary from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location

    Summer intern will be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR or similar graduating in 2023 or 2024.
