    This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

    What It’s Like

    You'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on real projects that impact the business, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. Additionally, you'll explore the exciting world of Generative AI, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance your analytical capabilities. The environment is fast-paced and ever-changing, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are key.

    What You’ll Do

    You'll assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, helping to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will involve supporting the team in identifying trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies, and you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

    Additionally, you'll participate in the design and implementation of data models and databases, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and provide recommendations based on your findings. Presenting your findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

    Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to explore and leverage Generative AI technologies to enhance your analytical capabilities and drive innovative solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Collection and Analysis : Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to support business decisions.
    • Dashboard Development : Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
    • Trend Identification : Support the team in identifying trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and drive improvements.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with different departments to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
    • Generative AI Integration: Leverage Generative AI technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities and drive innovative solutions.

    What It Takes

    • Experience with BI Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView for creating dashboards and reports.
    • Database Management: Basic knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and SQL for querying and managing data.
    • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Generative AI: Experience or interest in leveraging Generative AI technologies to enhance data analysis and drive innovative solutions.
    • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
    • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

    Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

    Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
