    Job Description

    _ _ Responsibilities__

    • Work with Family manager/SSTM on rollup cost estimation, provide guidance and inputs.
    • Guide PRS spending forecast to PEM, family managers and SSTM, review the forecast and release the management office (VEMO).
    • Perform monthly variance analysis in spending and provide financial suggestions.
    • Provide training in rollup cost response and spending forecast.
    • Release monthly spending report, commits and purchase order (PO) status.
    • Coordinate the activities within PRS and outside of PRS.
    • Coordinate/Update the PO status with Program Planning Team (PPT).
    • Maintain PRS spending forecast data management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in engineering, as accredited by ABETS or ABET equivalent, is required.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience and demonstrated excellence in automotive industry.
    • Strong data analytical skills • Excellent in utilizing MS tools such as Excel and PPT.
    • Excellent written / verbal communication and organizational skills.
    • Experience in using financial management tools such as SAP is plus.
    • Data management experience is also plus.
    • Experience in PRS is preferred.
